I had a friend that was always complaining about everything.  She could not find anything good to say.  She hated her job and everyone there picked on her.  They talked about her behind her back and spread ugly rumors about her.  They were constantly playing jokes on her just so the could have something to laugh at.  Everywhere she went people treated her bad and she thought that they were laughing at her behind her back.  Life was very difficult for her.  She told everyone that would listen how bad her life was which helped  all the bad things continue happening to her.  As you can see she has created this for herself by having negative thoughts about her life and all that was happening to her.

I told here to write down everything good she could think of about her life all day long for one month.  At first the list was very short slowly it began to grow longer.  I told her to look into the mirror directly into her eyes and say I am enough then write down what it felt like to say that.  Slowly she began to change.  She was beginning to realize that she was enough just the way she is.  As her attitude changed over the following month so did her life.

Soon the people that were picking on her started treating her differently, they were becoming nicer and friendlier.  She started holding her head higher and standing taller, she smiled and laughed more.  It was wonderful to see the changes in her as she grew to like herself and others more.  She was focusing on the good in her life and it showed in everything she said and did.

Before she knew it her life had changed dramatically.  The people at work that picked on her where either transferred out of her work place or had quit.  NO one was picking on her anymore, no one was laughing at her either.  When she was out and about people were always willing to help and treated her nicely.  What a change in her just by changeling the way she was thinking and looking at life.  Now people gather around her wanting to be her friend and talk to her.

Our thoughts control our life and create the way it will be for us everyday.  We have a choice to think positive thoughts or negative thoughts.  What will you choose for yourself?

There are so many things human beings do not know about their own inner power and potential. This kind of article enables people to stretch our minds and realize how much conrol they do exert over their own evolution. Great stuff!

Love takes on many forms. Real, selfless love is always reciprocated in seen and unseen ways. Every human being is worthy of a life of meaningful service. Your blog is a wodnerful example. As you evolve to realize which choices feel right along your path at a given moment, then you evolve to share love in new and uplifting ways.
